The GT Road and Islamabad Expressway corridor around DHA and Bahria Town has become the twin cities’ second shopping hub after Blue Area and F-sectors. This is the position in October 2026.

• Giga Mall / World Trade Centre – GT Road, DHA Phase 2. The area’s main mall since 2016: shops, food court, cinema, Carrefour, offices.
• Zeta-1 Mall – GT Road, Zone V, at Zaraj Housing near DHA Phase 2. Shops, food court and apartments. More
• Amazon Outlet Mall – GT Road near DHA Phase 2, by Imarat Group. Outlet fashion brands, food court, rooftop dining.
• Galaxy Mall – Bahria Paradise, at the GT Road entrance of Bahria Town, opened 2020.
• Bahria Civic Centre – Phase 4, Bahria Town. The main commercial district of Phases 1–5.
• Bahria Springs commercial (Phase 7) – Food Street, Spring North, Box Park and 68 High Street: restaurants, shops and a cinema complex. A Ramada hotel is in Spring North.
• Safari Mall – Safari Villas I, Bahria Town.
• Jacaranda Family Club – Sector E, DHA Phase 2: restaurants, cinema, bowling and wedding halls.

• Giga Mall Extension – 30 storeys next to Giga Mall; finishing works in 2026.
• Goldcrest Commercial – retail podium of Goldcrest Views, DHA Phase 2.
• Florence Galleria – boutique mall by Imarat Group on GT Road, DHA Phase 2.
• The Aquatic Mall – opposite Giga Mall in Zone V. Not completed; NAB put it up for auction in October 2026 (reserve about Rs4.46 billion) in a case against its sponsors.

Further away

Centaurus Mall (F-8) and Safa Gold Mall (F-7) in central Islamabad are about 30–40 minutes from DHA and Bahria Town by the Expressway.
