A fire in October 2022 closed the mall and towers for safety checks; they have since reopened. The Centaurus is the mixed-use complex at One Jinnah Avenue, F-8, Islamabad, by Pak Gulf Construction (Al Tamimi Group, Saudi Arabia, with Sardar Builders), designed by Atkins. It has a four-storey mall, three 22-storey towers (residential and corporate) and a hotel.
