Bahria Enclave is Bahria Town’s scheme in Zone IV, Islamabad, off Park Road and Kuri Road, about 8 km from Chak Shahzad, launched in 2011. The Enclave Apartments were planned as 11-storey buildings over two basements with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

Approval status
Because the CDA has not issued the NOC for Bahria Enclave and has served show-cause notices, buyers should check the CDA’s current position before buying, and expect banks to be cautious about mortgages here.
Bahria Town and its founder have faced court and NAB proceedings since 2023, including NAB auctions of some company-owned properties in 2025 and 2026. These have not stopped transfers in the established phases, but check the latest position before committing to a large purchase.
