Emaar Canyon Views is the gated community built by Emaar Pakistan (part of Emaar Properties, Dubai) in DHA Phase 5, directly on the Islamabad Expressway. Buying in Canyon Views now
Most residential stock is sold, so homes are mainly bought on the resale market. Emaar has continued to sell remaining residential and commercial plots and offices in Emaar Chambers.
Before you buy
- Check the plot’s or file’s status, dues and possession with the DHA Islamabad–Rawalpindi transfer office.
- Transfers go through Emaar’s own office as well as DHA.
- Ask for the developer’s current possession, ballot and outstanding-dues position in writing.
- Visit the site: development varies a lot from block to block.
