LAHORE: In order to safeguard the rights of prospective purchasers of plots and to eliminate chances of bogus transfers, Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided that no plot situated in any of its housing scheme could be transferred without getting clearance from LDA in the form of a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
TOBA TEK SINGH: The National Highway Authority (NHA) has decided to open for traffic a portion of the motorway project (M-4) between Faisalabad and Gojra from December.
An NHA official said on Saturday the Faisalabad-Multan Motorway (M-4) was financed by The Asian Development Bank.

RAWALPINDI: Inauguration Ceremony of Metro Bus Project has been postponed for one month due to the continuing protests of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek. According to the new schedule Metro Bus Project will now complete with one month delay before this Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif had to inaugurate Metro Bus Service on December 25.
LAHORE: The National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (NESPAK) has started the work on two key development projects.
A spokesperson for the NESPAK on Wednesday stated that the Strategic Planning Unit of the Lahore Development Authority had entrusted the NESPAK with a project “Feasibility Study of the Ravi Riverfront Urban Development Project”.
KARACHI: Sindh Density Development Board (SDDB) in its meeting chaired by the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, has approved a proposed plan for construction of ground plus 47-storey residential building at Civil Line area of the city.
The proposed building plan has been prepared and to be executed by a private builder company. This plan consists ground plus 47 stories with double basement and Helipad at roof top.
